1:1 Coaching

 Coaching is a process of empowering and engaging individuals in a way that elicits conversation, self-discovery and goal setting. Together, we explore the physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and occupational dimensions of life. Through the process of coaching, you have the opportunity to connect the best of who they are to where they want to be in life. We explore your unique interests, motivation, values, strengths and capabilities. Sessions may include a focus on various mind-body skills if desired, such as imagery, hypnosis and meditation. As your coach, Jenn supports your emerging visions and goals, and may offer and teach strategies that will support your process and continued growth.


Hypnotherapy is a technique that allows us to take advantage of the mind-body connection to foster healing. Relaxation techniques are used to help direct your imagination in such a way as to bring about intended alterations in sensations, perceptions, feelings, thoughts and behaviors. You are always in complete control of the session and the outcome. I will help guide you to reach a high level of relaxation, which will help you release emotional blocks acting as obstacles to achieving your goals and desires, and to transform old habits and patterns into new and constructive ones and even to harmonize bodily processes that can facilitate healing and optimize health.

Hatha Yoga & Restorative Yoga

Yoga is the union of the mind and body. The practice of yoga includes breath control, simple meditation, and postures that are widely practiced for health and relaxation. As an Integrative health practitioner, Jenn see’s the value in learning how to move the body in a way that helps release tension without causing injury to the body. Jenn uses her restorative yoga training and foam rolling to teach you techniques that can help you connect  to your body and begin moving on a regular basis.

Soulful Living Workshop

5 Week Virtual Classroom. Limited to 6 participants. Held 3 times per year.


Learn and experience science based mind body techniques to enhance your life and your wellbeing.


This course will walk you through how to use Biodots, you will learn and experience Hypnotherapy in a group session, Restorative yoga, Meditation, Guided imagery, learn how to use Autogenic Training, and learn how to apply breathing techniques. 


Retreats are a great way to unplug and reconnect with yourself. As part of your experience, I will personally curate your groups time away. 

Wellness Retreats can be designed to meet your group and personal needs. Upon signing up can choose from a variety of options such as guided walking meditations, early morning yoga, restorative yoga, Hypnotherapy, 1:1 coaching, massage, or acupuncture.

Guided Meditation

Live or recorded guided meditations. Including "Safe Place," "Loving-Kindness, and "Progressive relaxation." As a 3 and 6 month coaching client you will receive life time access to my guided meditation library as part of your coaching package.
