This is a self paced workshop dedicated to mind body wellness. In this workshop you will learn about mind body practices to enhance your life, encourage healing, help you cope with pain, and teach you more about practices that you can incorporate into your daily life. You will receive unlimited access to my 12 mindfulness lessons which include meditations, guided imagery, visualizations, music to help guide your journey and step by step on how to enhance your health and wellbeing.
